Welcome to AI Character Creator, operated by RRB Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We verify eligibility through our invitation-based registration system. We reserve the right to request additional age verification at any time.

2. Account Registration

Access to the platform requires a valid invitation code. Each account must belong to a single individual. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are the virtual currency used to generate images and videos on the platform.
  • Credits are non-refundable once used for generation.
  • Refunds are available only for verified technical failures where the service failed to deliver the requested output.
  • Credits do not expire.
  • We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time, with changes applying to future purchases only.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of images and videos generated using the service. You are solely responsible for how you use, store, distribute, or publish generated content. You must ensure your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws and our Content Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Comply with our Content Policy at all times.
  • Not use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the service.
  • Not attempt to circumvent platform safeguards, rate limits, or content moderation systems.
  • Not resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission.
  • Not use the service to generate content that violates any applicable law.

6. Content Moderation

We employ automated AI screening and curated content systems to ensure compliance with our Content Policy. We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict access to any generated content at any time, with or without notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice for violations of these Terms or our Content Policy. Upon termination for policy violations, no refund of unused credits will be issued. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 USD OR (B) THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your generated content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
