AI Character Creator is an adult (18+) content generation platform. This Content Policy outlines what is and is not permitted. Violation of this policy may result in immediate and permanent account termination.

1. Platform Design

All characters generated by this platform are adults (18+) by design. The character creation system does not offer options to create minors — age, body type, and appearance attributes are restricted to adult representations only. Scenarios and poses are curated to exclude illegal or harmful content.

2. Age Requirement

All users must be at least 18 years of age. All generated characters represent adults aged 18 and older. There are no exceptions.

3. Zero-Tolerance Policy on Minors

ZERO TOLERANCE — NO EXCEPTIONS, NO APPEALS

Any attempt to use this platform to generate, request, or distribute content depicting, suggesting, or implying minors in any context — including photorealistic, cartoon, anime, or any other artistic style — will result in:

  • Immediate permanent ban with no appeal
  • Reporting to NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children)
  • Reporting to law enforcement as required by applicable law
  • Preservation of all account data and generation history for law enforcement

This policy applies equally to any attempt to circumvent platform safeguards, including but not limited to manipulating prompts, settings, or any other mechanism to produce prohibited content.

Legal Framework

  • 18 U.S.C. § 2256: AI-generated child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is a federal crime under United States law, carrying severe criminal penalties including imprisonment.
  • TAKE IT DOWN Act: Non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated content, is a federal crime. This includes deepfakes and other synthetic media depicting identifiable individuals.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on this platform:

Absolutely Prohibited (Immediate Permanent Ban)

  • Any content depicting, suggesting, or implying minors in any context
  • Any attempt to circumvent age-related safeguards

Prohibited (Enforcement Ladder Applies)

  • Non-consensual imagery of real people: Face swap and likeness features may only be used with your own face or with the explicit, documented consent of the depicted individual.
  • Extreme violence, gore, or torture: Content depicting graphic violence, mutilation, or torture.
  • Bestiality / zoophilia: Any sexual content involving animals.
  • Content promoting illegal activity: Content that promotes, instructs, or facilitates criminal acts.
  • Harassment or targeted abuse: Content created to harass, threaten, or intimidate specific individuals.

5. Content Moderation

We employ multiple layers of content moderation:

  • Curated system: Character creation options (scenarios, poses, appearance) are designed to prevent harmful content by design.
  • Automated AI screening: Custom text inputs are screened by Anthropic Claude for policy violations.
  • Manual review: We reserve the right to review any content at any time.
  • User reporting: Users may report policy violations to [email protected].

6. Enforcement

Minors-Related Violations

Immediate permanent ban. No warnings. No appeals. Reported to NCMEC and law enforcement.

Other Violations

  1. First offense: Warning and content removal.
  2. Second offense: 7-day account suspension.
  3. Third offense: Permanent ban.

We reserve the right to skip enforcement steps for severe violations.

7. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you generate using this platform and for how you use, store, distribute, or publish that content outside the platform. You must ensure that your use of generated content complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

To report content that violates this policy, contact us at [email protected] with as much detail as possible. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email.
