Generation Data

  • Prompts and generation settings (scenario, pose, appearance options)
  • Generated images and videos
  • Timestamps of generation activity
  • Reference face photos uploaded for face swap

Transaction Data

  • Credit purchase and usage history
  • Payment processor transaction IDs (we do not store full payment card details)

Technical Data

  • Browser type and version
  • Device information

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Account management: To create and maintain your account.
  • Service delivery: To process image and video generation requests.
  • Content moderation: To enforce our Content Policy and detect abuse.
  • Abuse prevention: To detect and prevent fraudulent or illegal activity.
  • Service improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve the platform.
  • Communication: To send service-related notifications and respond to inquiries.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to operate the service:

  • RunPod: GPU processing for image and video generation. Prompts and settings are sent for processing.
  • Anthropic: Content moderation of custom text inputs via Claude AI.
  • Cloudflare: CDN, DDoS protection, and security services.

We do NOT sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained until you request deletion.
  • Generation metadata: Retained for abuse prevention and moderation purposes.
  • Generated images/videos: Stored until you delete them or your account is terminated.
  • Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Restriction: Request we limit processing of your data.
  • Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

We will respond to all valid requests within 30 days.

6. Your Rights Under CCPA

  • Opt-out of sale: We do not sell personal information, so this right is automatically satisfied.

  • bcrypt password hashing
  • Role-based access control for internal systems
  • Regular security reviews

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

This service is not available to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will promptly delete the account and associated data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the latest revision was made.
